This option for membership includes personalized development plans and one on one mentorship with one of our Veterinary Technician Specialists.

Service Includes
Updating your hospital’s standard of care and protocols
Initial technician skillset evaluation.
Long term and short term goal setting, creating accountability for growth.
Periodic check ins via Zoom, or with in person meetings where available ($100/1hr Mentor Session).
Modalities for teaching include, but are not limited to:
Presentations
Medical math calculation scenarios
Mock case scenarios
Educational reading
Wet labs
Mentorship interaction
After all set goals are met, the next tier level assessment occurs.
Moving from one level to the next can be roughly three to six months, but it is impossible to guarantee how long this process takes. It could be longer or shorter due to factors such as an individual’s preexisting knowledge, motivation, or hospital case load.
